Your profile
We are looking for you who is a creative person, who finds solutions and motivates others to deliver excellent results. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist. We believe that you have excellent servant leadership skills and that you can handle complex situations within your project.
As a leader, you believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders, inspiring and motivating others to work towards a goal.
As a person you are engaged, curious and well-structured. You have your team's well-being and performance in focus securing that the team fill the gaps needed for Solution and Value delivery. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You will communicate project status and needed actions regularly and to be successful in the role you need to be comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally).
You have a relevant education from the university, experience in product development and at least 3 years of experience in project management. If you have previous experience with the Agile framework or Scania´s Product Development Process, it is a plus.
