We are looking for a Senior Project manager for our Framework Management team. Team leader with developing/technical background is a plus.
The scope of the consultant services
Responsible for create and maintain the roadmap and delivery of Framework Management Services in Service Management & Operations, based on consumer feedback, changing needs and new technologies, to secure fulfilment of business needs.
- Responsible for the operational activities and daily running of the assigned Service, ensuring they meet KPIs and OKRs.
- Manage stakeholders and work closely with Product Owners for Now IT/ServiceNow and Engineering Managers for Support Engineering and all teams in Service Management & Operations.
- Drive the transformation of the Framework Management team in alignment with the overarching strategy and roadmap for the
- Technology Service Area, to ensure it adheres to Agile Ways of working as well as IT Service Management Frameworks.
- Proactively enable the transformation of the services and build a delivery based on a high degree of automation and self-service.
- Lead and manage the team focusing in building capabilities and service offerings that stays relevant with consumer needs
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder management.
- Deep knowledge of how to lead, coach and motivate in an IT organisation with both people and technology focus.
- Strong knowledge in ITIL, agile frameworks service governance model and DevOps concept.
- Strong knowledge of the area and how to drive transformation and optimisation.
- Knowledge of the corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people.
- Key previous experiences and proven skills.
- Proven knowledge and ability to transform and optimise processes and behaviours.
- Preferred: Experience of working in an Agile and DevOps working set-up.
- Good documented leadership skills with experience of leading others, preferably in a team of similar size and impact.|
