The Sourcing Project Management office is now searching for a Project Manager to take the lead in strategic, cross-functional and global projects. You will play a key role leading your own project stream, or use case, including project team, owning your deliverables and securing business value as well as driving the needed change in the organisation.

You will report to the Head of Sourcing PMO and for your assigned projects in close collaboration with the business sponsor.

The role will be based in Kista, Sweden, but for the right candidate we can consider any location in European time-zone.

What you will do
Lead and own accountability for projects, or part of a bigger project, with high business impact
Lead and collaborate with dedicated project teams to secure fast progress and high business value in the project results
Establish close connection with project members, sponsors, management and clients cross the company global organization
Empower and drive your project team on daily basis
Proactively contribute to develop our method and tools to secure excellence performance in our projects
Belong to a collaborating team with high ambitions and skills in driving projects


You will bring
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Skills and experience to lead a successful project
Experience from driving Digital transformation and process improvements
Sourcing Practice and Process knowledge in both Purchase to pay area and strategic processes of Sourcing
Experience from navigating in a global organisation
Understanding of the Agile philosophy beyond the Scrum framework
Change management skills and practice of motivating change
Demonstrated leadership capability and hands on approach
The abilities to listen to people, understand their messages and create authentic connections and relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey a message to a reluctant audience
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken


Additional qualifications & experience requirements:
Experience from developing and execution of Strategy
A curious and collaborating approach and the drive to continuously learn and develop
Certification in Project management, XLPM and Six Sigma or equivalent project methods
Certification in the Agile methodology and framework
