Project Manager - Special Foundation (m/f/x)

For our newly established subsidiary Sverige BAUER GL AB in Stockholm, we are looking for a


Project Manager (m/f/x) (Reference Number 2937)


Your tasks
Responsible for all aspects of project delivery for assigned project(s), from pre-construction to project completion related to Specialist Foundation Works
Interact with project design team as well as with the commercial / procurement teams in a cooperative and productive manner
Develop work scopes and bid packages to support the procurement of all construction related activities
Prepare and update the project schedule, prepare and monitor the project budget on a weekly basis
Work with the Superintendents and Site Managers to assure the smooth and timely execution of each project
Review and approve monthly pay applications for conformance with work progress and contract requirements
Lead weekly project status meetings with the clients as well as with BAUERs‘ site teams
Manage all project communication with clients and subcontractors



Your profile
Five years’ experience in managing all aspects of construction project delivery including pre-construction, subcontract management, scheduling, budget management, client communication
A degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering, mainly focused on Specialist Foundation Works is required
Excellent oral and written Swedish and English language communication skills
Extensive knowledge of construction industry means in Sweden
Excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-through is a priority
Proficient Microsoft Project scheduling as well as MS-Office software
