Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in working with agile working methods and/or SAFe and understands architecture regarding applications and infrastructure within contact centers.

What you'll do:
● Lead and drive the activities linked to IT in one of their most strategic investments in injury prevention.
● Support the business in the collaboration with the IT suppliers included in these initiatives.
● Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
● Draft key objectives and results, and strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
● Ensure that developed processes and routines are updated continuously to streamline the work.
Who you are:
● Have experience working with agile working methods and/or SAFe and an understanding of architecture regarding applications and infrastructure within contact centers.
● Have Experience in leading work with developing or creating business solutions for document management in Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft 365.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Experience with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
● Have good knowledge of IT strategies and target architectures.
