PROJECT MANAGER - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to handle main tasks to ensure the internal work within the program. The ET program is organized based on a number of delivery areas and a program management team that is responsible for program-wide functions such as program solution, external communication, external implementation, budgeting, skills supply and common working methods.
What you'll do:
● Lead and support the Long Term Capacity Check project and Airfreight Reduction Project within Procurement & Supply Chain, from detailed solution design and development to implementation and roll-out.
● Balancing and driving highly cross-functional stakeholder requirements from both business side and digital side.
● Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and program timeline.
● Keep together the complete program and make sure the different project dependencies and stakeholder needs come together in the end.
● Plan and run Steering Group, Program, Project and Workstream meetings to ensure progress and give support needed to program team members.
● Identify Program obstacles and risks and drive corrective actions.
● Identify and perform needed problem solving and data analysis activities.
● Take on tasks in addition to Long Term Capacity Check Project and Airfreight Reduction Project based on need, priority and resource availability.
● Access and use wider network of own consultancy company expertise and assets to support.
