BACKGROUND
Our client is looking for a Staff Planner global roll-out project manager at Business Support Functions. One of the projects within the Corporate Controlling unit is in an expansionary phase in the rollout of the WFM system Staff Planner. Staff Planner is a staff planning tool that enables an efficient scheduling of staff in the stores. The system is a standard solution that has been purchased and integrated with the financial and payroll systems and T & A terminals (time clocks). Project has completed implementation of the system in a number of countries now find them in management.
The first countries' projects have had varying degrees, and it has now found a level which allows for faster implementation. The major challenge for the project is to continue to maintain a high pace but at the same time meet the needs of each country has individual requirements due to local laws and regulations. The implementation is done in parallel in a number of countries, the goal is to start around 4 countries in the spring and four countries in the autumn. A country's implementation can take from 6 months to over a year depending on the complexity. It requires structure, planning, efficiency and flexibility to successfully pursue these projects, however with the strong support of the delivery team and the downtown business group. In your role as a project manager, you work close of business, the external supplier and the existing management organization. Many of the projects resources are shared with management and close cooperation in between is a prerequisite for successful work. You have daily contact with the company representative; speaking as several others in an international and distributed teams
WORK TASKS
? Make a detailed plan that defines and delimits the content and scope of the various phases of the project with resources, equipment, scheduling and costs
? The requests resources to the project
? Budgeting and monitoring all project costs
? Manage, coordinate and monitor the activities planned under objectives of the project definition / plan and with customer procedures and methods
? Keep close contact with, collaborate and communicate with the parties involved and other resources and information about the course and deviations
? Monitor and report to clients, other stakeholders and the closest responsible, such as SAR, on budget, approved and future plans, deliveries, quality problems, etc..
? Manage due to other systems and operations
? Approve the result with respect to regulatory compliance and quality before shipping to acceptance testing
? Ensure that management and operational organization can receive system
? Follow up project work and provide feedback to the project members
? Organize and hold project meetings
? Conducting investigations as necessary
? Making risk assessments and take steps to prevent / minimize any effects that might jeopardize the project objectives
REQUIRED SKILLS
? Experience of introduction of purchased systems .
? Experience of working with an external vendor.
? Experience leading teams in change.
? English written and spoken is important because most of the meetings and all the documentation is in English.
? Experience of working internationally.
? Experience of working with HR, payroll and scheduling systems (WFM).
