PROJECT MANAGER - sundsvall/Remote

The assignment is to be the project manager for the completion of the implementation of a new business system, Treserva, at the customer's three administrations: health and care administration (VOF), individual and labour market administration (IAF), and travel services within the city planning office. In the autumn of 2019, the purchase of a new business system was completed. The purchase was based on needs and use cases, which were created by the company. Treserva was supposed to be commissioned in the VOF and IAF in March 2020, according to an earlier proposal.
As a result of the pandemic and its influence on VOF, only portions of the IAF were operational in March. The delivery of the commissioning inside the IAF has not been accepted by the steering group. Following that, the intention was to commission the remaining sections of the operations in the autumn of 2020, however this was not achievable for a variety of reasons. No new operational date has been announced as of yet. The task include directing the project and reporting progress to the steering group, acting as the point of contact, and resolving difficulties with the provider. Meetings with the sub-project leaders should be held on a regular basis.
The project manager is also responsible for driving the remaining components so that the steering committee may authorise delivery.
The project includes an overall steering group comprised of members from both the client and the supplier, as well as a steering group review group. As a rapporteur, the project leader attends both of these groups' sessions. The project manager will collaborate with the supplier's project manager.
The project has a number of sub-projects, each with a sub-project manager who, along with the project manager, constitutes the project group. The subprojects are as follows:

Competence is defined as a combination of practical experience and theoretical understanding. The tenderer must provide a consultant who, depending on the assignment's requirements, has:
skill and experience in leading major implementation projects for the replacement of business systems (> 1 year) that involved dialogues with users / users, suppliers, sub-project managers, operations, customers, and IT.
familiarity with comparable jobs to the one we're looking for
at least five years of project management experience in the implementation of business systems
project experience in municipal tasks
The provider must present a CV that demonstrates how the provided consultant satisfies the competency and experience requirements.
Assignment of references
The consultant must explain two assignments completed by the supplied consultant. These two tasks should be substantially comparable to the assignment we are requesting.
For each assignment, leave the name and contact information of the reference person.
Project managers must work on-site in Sundsvall for the bulk of the assignment, if Pandemin permits.
