Project Manager (Supply Chain/Logistics) - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager senior project manager for the TM project, with a strong track record from the implementation of systems in supply chain/outbound logistics. The TM project manager will work closely with the OTC program leader, key stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization, the IT organization and together with the project managers for interfaces between OTC projects, primarily Order Management and Supply Chain Planning.
What you'll do:
● Lead the daily work of the TM project, managing the scope of work, work planning, and manage project resources.
● Manage budget and costs, vendor board, and manage project resources.
● Set standards and working methods for Quality assurance and report status and progress to the OTC program manager.
● Lead and drive the work associated with improving management structure for IT asset management.
● Need to be an expert in estimation and planning to create useful, reliable, and practical plan(s) for software development project(s).
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers to realize functionalities and secure the quality of products.
● Ability to evaluate and the inspect performance of the team(s) and individuals quarterly with transparency using proven key performance indicators.
Who you are:
● Possess 10+ years of supply chain experience, with references, from managing complex supply chain projects.
● Experience in the implementation of supply chain processes and support systems, ERP and/or TMS systems.
● Strong leadership skills, good oral and written proficiency in English.
● Ability to interpret, evaluate and handle and document complex and worthy of protection information and based on this to make selections and priorities.
● Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidance in the field of safety. Previous experience must be stated to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
● Have a holistic approach, good communication skills, and responsiveness.
