The position is based in Stockholm.As a Sun Project Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing entire projects and customers.The role of the Project Manager will be to manage the larger, more complex, higher risk projects.Responsibilities: Participates in solution development and sometimes takes the role as a bid manager Responsible for the project achieving the tasks, deliverables, and benefits as defined in the Statement of Work Leads the cross-organizational project team and ensures that the required skills are obtained or identified for future activities within the project.Manages projects in accordance with the AIM Project Management Methodology standard of quality and documentation to ensure consistency and appropriate management visibility Responsible for managing the project margin and financials (against the baseline approved constraints) and ensures that the relevant project stakeholders are kept informed of the commercial aspects of the project Ensures that requests for changes raised by the customer and/or Sun are managed in accordance with standard Change Control procedures Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project status Responsible for engagement quality management during service delivery Preferred knowledge Understanding of Project Accounting/Management IT, some years of experience is a must Experience of delivering software development projects, preferably within the Identity Management area or Experience of delivering integration deployment projects, preferably within the IT-infrastructure area Analytical thinking and conceptual thinking Negotiation skills Drive and Results Driven Planning/Time Management skills are a must Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers Excellent communication skills written and verbal in both English and Swedish Qualifications Bachelor of Science or an equivalent combination of training and experience in a technological area.In this recruitment Sun is working with Hays.Mark your application "Project Manager, ref 1779".
