Description

Works tasks:

- Responsible for regional Staffing Program implementation (contingent & direct hire) project timelines together with Global, country CoE’s (SME's) and Program supplier PMO.
- Daily weekly management of deadlines and issue resolution.
- Facilitation of supplier and team status meetings, maintenance and distribution of project tracking and status documentation.
- Prepare stakeholder project, change management & communication plan with global, country program CoE’s and global communication.
- Maintains a high-level awareness of P&C and purchasing practices.
- Utilizes project management skills of resource and task management, organization, planning, communication, presentation, and time management to successfully implement the regional staffing programs.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Senior project management capabilities, Staffing program knowledge.
- Experience in Global MSP implementation and RPO program implementation.
- Experience in stakeholder management and has experience in pre-implementation process by countries.
- Has worked on different program communication plans to various stakeholders.
- Have excellent knowledge in power point and strong communicator.
- Handle different countries in the region and experience in issue management.
- Responsible for supporting Global Program Manager for planning and overseeing pre-implementation and implementation for regional MSP programs and ensure completed in timely fashion
- Monitor progress, prepare communication plans, keep stakeholders informed and trained the entire way together with the program manager
- Preferably have a project management certification
- Certain number of years leading projects
- Detail oriented, structured & excellent communication skills
- Project leader will not have any team, reporting to global program manager and various years of leading staffing implementation projects


Preferred personal qualities:

- Good analytical skills and detail & delivery oriented.
- Strong team player.
