Project manager to a part time assignment, 30 %

Presentation We are looking for a project manager for a assignment in Solna. As an electronic business integration project leader you will participate in existing and new projects integrating the end customer and its' B2B customers. This is a consultant assignment that will last from January to December 2010. Arbetsuppgifter As Project Leader you will be responsible for the running and implementation of various financial integration solutions based on the end customer's guidelines and framework. You will coordinate technical specifications and integration activities between the end customer and its' customers/trading partners as well as take part of program development and processes. The function includes assistance to the end customer and it's customers/trading partners in terms of technical questions and issues as well actively take part in the continuous improvement process of implementation activities. Another task during the assignment is to detail recommendations for best practise including corresponding implementation. Utbildning/erfarenhet The perfect candidate is a person with a background from A2A and B2B integration arena plus extensive experience from project work. You should also have extensive knowledge of finance information flows and supply chain including wide industry competence. Knowledge of project management is beneficial. The assignment requires fluency in written and spoken English. EDI projects - knowledge from systems development and experience from system development process from pre-study and/or design to acceptance testing and business sign off - excellent experience from trading partner implementation methodology - experience of managing service providers - experience of different external network communication and protocols - excellent skills of Edifact & XML message standards, syntax and procedures - knowledge to understand the workflow and transmission of electronic documents/data, method and technology for interchange, and security procedures and requirements for B2B and A2A - experience from generic project management - good ability to coordinate several parties - good social skills and experience as frequent dialogue with the end customer and external parties. As a person you are structured but also flexible to handle a large number of implementations projects on a parallel basis. Furthermore you are prepared to act, within short notice, in order to achieve successful progress of the implementation activities. You are strong and convincing when needed and you have excellent networking skills. You describe yourself as a self-driven, enthusiastic and a goal oriented person.
