Project manager to AML/CTF transformation program

We are looking for a Project manager who is ready to take on important group projects in the AML/CTF transformation.


In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Coordinate and drive group projects within the Transformation Program of AML/CTF & Sanction area

- Perform excellent stakeholder management to secure great execution and delivery

- Work in an exciting and challenging area where collaboration is key

- Manage project and capacity planning as well as progress tracking to secure time plan and quality of the delivery

- Work with team-wide collaboration and communication

- Demonstrate your skills in planning, prioritisation, and high delivery capability together with your great problem-solving skills.

What is needed in this role:

- Well documented experience as project manager, preferable in larger projects or programmes

- Experience of implementing projects within AML/CTF area and ability to understand regulatory requirements and implement them into the organisation

- Excellent in leading and driving change

- Documented experience in Management Consultant from a well-established company

- Excellent in writing reports and decision material to senior management as well as presenting it.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
