Purpose, Offer and Benefits

This position offers you a key role in an international, sustainable and technical driven company. We work with a variety of customers within exciting fields such as municipalities, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food and beverage. As a Project Manager you will use your project management experience to support our customers leading our project implementations. Internally you work closely with Sales, R&D, Process Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Business Controller. Externally you collaborate with our customers, subcontractors and our business units around the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain and secure AnoxKaldnes projects in accordance with financial targets, timelines and resource allocations.
• Work closely and transparent with the colleagues allocated to the project.
• Identify, manage and limit potential risks on the projects.
• Keep AnoxKaldnes´ high safety and quality standards for all projects
• Project documentation.
• Work continuously to improve and develop our project structure.
• Enhance a positive relationship with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our organisation is in continuous development for improvement and as a key person within project implementation you will have great opportunities to contribute to this development with your experience and your ideas. You will report to the Department Manager, Contract and services. Remote-work from home is optional a couple of days per week. Some travelling will be included in the position (approximately 5-10 overnight stays per year).

Our Expectations

You have a bachelor´s or masters´ degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or project
management or related field. You have experience as a Project Manager where you´ve been responsible securing financial targets for project. Experience in wastewater applications is preferred, but not a requirement. You have an interest for biological treatment processes. We´re an international company why English is a requirement for the position. Knowledge in Swedish is an advantage.

You are a self-starter who is good at structuring, managing and driving your projects. As a Project Manager you have the ability to coach and develop team members to a higher level of personal
performance. You´re leading by example, setting high standards of safety and quality delivered on
time. Another of your strength is your ability to establish and develop strong relationships. You contribute to the team with your optimism and a can-do attitude.
