Job Description
As a project manager within Brand and Communication at ARKET, you will lead a team of creatives in the planning and production of a variety of creative content and activities. You always have the ambition to strengthen the brand DNA and work in line with brand values.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Leading dedicated projects from brief to final delivery.
Responsible for delivering the creative assets within set budget, time frame and creative direction.
Manage administration, such as handling invoices, planning timelines, meetings, post-production etc.
Communicate plans to project team and other stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Source and book creative teams, such as photographers, stylists, HMU, production agencies and other external team members.
Negotiate costs and ensure effective use of budget and resources.
Qualifications
A collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn and develop both yourself and the people you work with, you can work both independent but also enjoy being part of a team and achieving things together. As a person you are an openminded and humble team player with a lot of ambition and with a problem-solving attitude. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, structured and organized as well as being a problem solver that is self-motivated and sees possibilities.
To be considered for this role you have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within project management or similar roles within marketing and communication
Great experience and knowledge of image, moving and digital productions
Great ability to involve and lead team members from different departments
Great ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work to achieve set goals
Great ability to take initiative and drive projects forward in a thoughtful and thorough way
An interest and knowledge of contemporary photography, art and fashion
Excellent negotiation skills and experience of contract work
Fluent in English, spoken and written

This is a full-time temporary position, starting as soon as possible. The role is an on-site position based in our head office in Stockholm.
