The role

With our growing project portfolio, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and driven project manager. You will have a key role in the company as our projects span across the entirety of the organization. You will be planning and managing projects in Atlas Antibodies’ broad project portfolio, as well as overseeing/executing/guiding/conducting preliminary and proof of concept studies across the different departments. Additionally, you will strengthen our project management processes together with your project leader colleague.

Your profile

We think that you are a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with at least three years of work experience from projects in multiple project categories as a project manager in the Life Science industry. Your educational background is preferably from academia comparable to a master degree. You have the ability to motivate and engage people and possess excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally. More important skills are:

• Ability to develop and manage scope, schedules and budgets
• Ability to manage requirements, risks and resources
• Ability to lead project team, coordinate work and communicate with stakeholders and steering group
• Basic knowledge in IT and computerized systems
• Fluent in English in both speech and writing
