BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic is working actively to develop their insurance system to meet business needs. Right now they have several projects running for integration with new partners and to improve the quality and efficiency of their systems. They plan to launch several digital projects for partners and customers. System development is carried out by several external partners, while BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic perform project management, requirements / analysis and support. The work takes place against clear deadlines and is characterized by high speed and fast decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a committed IT Project Manager who want to grow with the company and be responsible for the implementation of new projects. You are working on several projects (not just IT related) with both the management and development of their products and systems.


You are responsible for defining, procure and implement new projects


You will have total responsibility for the projects, which means that you are responsible for budget, requirements and later on the implementation that the users testing in different departments handled correctly.

The role includes contact with many stakeholders such as the super-users, daily users, customers, partners and system suppliers. You will participate in meetings with existing as well as new partners to discuss possible solutions.

The role includes budget responsibility.


REQUIREMENTS
You must have at least few years’ experience in project management. You have great knowledge of different tools in project management (MS Project). It is an advantage if you worked as a software developer.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Have significant experience in project management
• To coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Create and follow up detailed project plans
• Liaise with partners and suppliers at operational level
• Have very good social skills
• Be proactive and take responsibility
• Be flexible and easy to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Organized
• Enjoy working in a team
• Experience in financial management
• Be interested in IT solutions
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• Have excellent excel skills

It is merited if you:

Have experience of business development
• Have experience in procurement
• Have experience in leadership
