What you will do as a Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing complex cross cutting initiatives. This includes technical activities, new product development as well as implementations and coordination of different product teams, areas and domains and their activities during the initiative lifecycle. The job includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional know-how.
You will drive projects, create basis for decisions and manage troubleshooting of different problems across product areas and business operations involved in the project. An additional focus area within the job, is to support continuous refinement of the product coordination processes by using existing and new tools to achieve the expected outcome of cross cutting initiatives.
Your tasks consist of, but are not limited to:
Lead, manage and execute large cross-cutting projects, involving Domains, Product Areas and Product Teams across the organisation , often connected to a technology component
Collaborate with business function stakeholders to achieve complex changes that require synchronized backlogs and activities
Responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
Take ownership for planning, issue handling as well as key stakeholders management

What we are looking for
We believe you have several years of experience of leading people and teams in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are no stranger to giving feedback, provide inspiration and to motivate others in their day to day work. You are well versed in the Agile methodologies and can identify interdependencies within a dynamic product landscape and complex organization. The work is executed with a focus on business results, value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability.
Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator with experience of forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to execute on a common mission . You understand the need to ensure alignments of goals and plans to ensure the overall success of the projects at hand. You are eager to develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical challenges, and you ensure learnings are documented and shared with others. Furthermore, you understand the bigger picture and work to improve the cooperation between the Business Tech organisation and other stakeholders at H&M Group.
