Project Manager to Capgemini – CRES Nordic

We are now looking for a project leader from the Real Estate industry to Capgemini - a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation! In this role you can be based from any of our Nordic countries.

Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our Nordic Corporate Real Estate Services team with a Project Manager. In this position you will be responsible for project planning and execute projects regarding relocation, renovation and remodelling of our offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You will collaborate closely with your team, and communication towards stakeholders, different suppliers, landlords and property owners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project Management within Real Estate and contact with external and internal architects, suppliers and management.
• Execute transformation projects
• Prepare budgets for projects and maintain and uphold them
• Apply global policies, standards and processes
• Identify and plan for upcoming projects in cooperation with Head of Nordic CRES
• Contract management and contract negotiations
• Assist with information for budget planning
• Responsible for small and big project from start to end
• To build good relations with local stakeholders
• Develop working methods and process improvements

Who are you?
We believe that you have great experience, a minimum of 5 years, from a similar position including project management within the Real Estate industry, Facility Management, Hotel industry or equal. Experience with construction projects is meritorious.

You have great experience with contract negotiations and to be successful as a project manager you need to have excellent coordinating skills and a financial understanding. Furthermore, you are an outgoing and energetic person with great selling skills. Through your communicative and social skills, you establish good relationships both within the company as well as externally.

We are looking for a driven person who enjoys a high pace with a lot of responsibility and variated duties. You are strategical, structured, have a natural business acumen, a curious mindset and interest in project management.
