Job description Ready for the challenge of a lifetime, working with the world's leading company in microwave transmission?We are looking for Project Managers and Release Project Managers for development and maintenance projects on advanced microwave products such as MINI-LINK TN and Marconi Long Haul.You'll be working on projects that range from pre-study and the development of new products, to the functionality enhancement and maintenance of already-released products.The microwave development organization is distributed over four sites.The work consists of linking high-level system and product requirements to design and implementation, and to actively communicate with our designers in Sweden, Norway, Italy and Germany.Above all, you'll be working for a company that is passionate about its people and its technology. Competence You are a natural leader, have a genuine interest in people and are a good communicator.You're a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues across other business disciplines, but equally, you can work well independently.Result orientation, customer focus and good administrative skills are some of your other characteristics. You should also have: . A Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent . Several years' experience in project management . Experience from an international multi-site would be an advantage .
