Project manager to ground engineering

Your role
As a project manager at Aarsleff, you have the overall responsibility for the implementation of your project, and care for both account finances and the work environment. You manage your projects all the way from winning the agreement until the project is finally settled with the customer. You have an active and outreach approach to customers and act professionally and business-oriented in the customer relations.
The role includes everything from planning the progress of the projects together with the production managers, to achieve optimal resource use. You will actively participate in calculation work together with the tender manager both before, during and after the implementation of the project. You will also manage invoices in respect of obtaining and handling deviations, additional works and other possible contractual regulations, processing orders and make active evaluations of the projects' financial status and report to the work manager.

Your profile
To be successful as a Project Manager, you need to have a couple of years experience from a similar position in the construction or civil engineering industry. As a person, you are self-motivated, work proactive and have a good understanding and knowledge of project finance. We are looking for someone with ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
You enjoy taking a great deal of personal responsibility and in an analytical and structured way of working, contribute to the continued profitability and development of the business area. Preferably you have a university education within relevant areas. You will tender for projects and also be involved in calculations. As support you have colleagues both in Sweden and Denmark with whom you’ll work closely.
