Job Description
Partner Relations is part of the function New Development, whose purpose is to strengthen the H&M brand, drive innovation and explore new opportunities for growth. The Partner Relations team are the experts in building partnerships for branding as well as commercial purposes, in the areas of fashion, music, entertainment, gaming, sports, art and pop culture.
We are on an exciting journey and now looking to strengthen the team with an additional Project Manager working specifically with licensing IP rights for consumer products.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
Manage current global partner accounts
Sourcing and onboarding new partners based on assignment, in close collaboration with internal core teams
Lead the negotiations of scope, terms and compensation
Inspire the design and marketing teams with the latest trends & news in pop culture/entertainment/gaming/art/sports
Build long-lasting and meaningful partnerships by understanding the business seeing mutual gains and opportunities for growth. Develop a roadmap for continued success.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has the ability to seamlessly drive projects forward and manage cross functional stakeholders internally and externally, sometimes navigating change and complex structures. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see new opportunities for growth. We also see that you are a great teamplayer and have a passion for fashion and culture, always ahead of the game. Besides your personality we see that you have:
Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience negotiating with senior management level.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Experience from the brand licensing industry (music, entertainment, talent, brand)
Contract management skills, having worked with a variety of deal structures and contractual set-ups.
Fluent spoken and written English
A network of contacts from related fields.
