Project Manager To International FMCG-company

The Consumer Engagement Centre is their frontline team who support and service their consumers on multiple channels cross the globe. This is a consultancy opportunity, starting as soon as possible and lasting approximately 3-6 months.

About the role:

In this project manager role, you are part of the planning and responsible for overseeing and driving the IT and processes capability building projects within the Consumer Engagement Centre, to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and delivering the desired outcome.

While monitoring progress and interacting with the development team and market teams, you keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within agile ways of working and the confines of our objectives and purpose. Having own experience of case handling, operations and reporting in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or community management and set up in Sprinklr is fundamental for the understanding of capability needs.

To be successful you need to excel in:

• A solid understanding of agile ways of working and agile processes
• Strong bias for action and accountability
• Detail-orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proven self-management and team engagement skills
• User experience and understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sprinklr Social Community management system
• Office 365 software usage
• Relevant background and education are a bachelor´s degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. Relevant project management and agile related certifications and experience are needed.
