Snowmen Solutions is a product development company which delivers clients for sportsbetting and tools for odds- risk- and client handling. Today we are collaborating with Betway.com which is one of Scandinavia?s and England?s most well established companies within sportsbetting. We have responsibility for IT-operation, new development and management of their whole sportsbook back-office and site which means we have complete control over the entire process ? from order to release. Employment description
You will as the project leader work together with one of our SCRUM teams (6-7 persons) to create world leading sites, Betway in particular. You will have the role as Product owner and work closely to our stakeholders in London, Malta, Durban and Isle of Man to convey their requirements to the team in Stockholm. Responsibilities include create project roadmaps and leading the new development of the site and our backoffice along with backlog.

Qualifications
We believe that you have several years of experience as a Project leader or Business Analyst. We would like to see that you have a background as a developer, but the importance lies in your understanding of technical projects and SCRUM. It is also meritorious with experience from E-gaming or web-development projects. Profound skills in English is a requirement, Swedish is meritorious.

To succeed in the role you are comfortable leading a team and collaborate with competent colleagues as well as international clients. You have a communicative persona and enjoy contact with clients and pursue processes in teams. Furthermore you are responsible and understand the demands of the client.
