We are now strengthening our On-Demand team with a new Project Manager. The position is a temporary position until April 2022, and we are now looking for you who loves retail. As a Project Manager within the On-Demand department you will prospect, develop and manage projects within a global market approach. The objective is to create best in class consumer experience, both physical and digitally, for our clients through demo, merchandising and event activities.
The nature of the projects is operations heavy and labour intensive. The role is client facing and you will manage client contacts, budgets and profitability within the projects. As a Project Manager within the On-Demand department you will manage multi market projects therefore it’s key to understand the differences in labour laws and regulations, as well to understand how to set up the client operations in the most effective way.
To be able to manage success you are responsible for, together with client and WorkShop data team, set up relevant KPI’s and data collection methods to be used within the project. You will also put together insight reports to be presented to the client in the end of each project.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role we believe that you are a superstar on operational planning of Nordic labour intensive projects. You have in the past managed merchandising or sales promotional projects and know what the key success factors are to please the client and deliver in a cost efficient way. On top of this we believe that you master following:
• Setting up business models and calculate quotes.
• Budget planning and project forecasting – manage client budgets and spend.
• Understand labour laws in multiple markets and the impact on projects operations and finances.
• Apply a data driven way of work – setting and following up on KPI’s and report results to clients.
• How to put together effective and successful staff teams.
• Client management – take projects from brief to implementation and follow up with client.
• New business development – prospect new clients and projects.
We also believe that you have the following background:
• Minimum +2 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Managing merchandising and tactical staff is a merit.
• Minimum +2 years in sales and marketing.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finances or similar.
• Advanced skills in MS office and G-Suite (Excel prioritized).
• Fluent in English, additional Nordic language is a merit.
• A holistic understanding of staff intense projects and what type of actions or market activities that impact.
