Job summary
Within Business Sector Liquid Food Solutions at Tetra Pak Processing Systems we are seeking a Project Manager responsible to drive issues related to quality deviations and to drive projects to improve our product portfolio.
This role will lead actions across the organisation to improve product and service quality by driving and following up quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities, supporting the ambition to becoming undisputed industry leader for quality.
This role is based in Lund, Sweden, and will require approximately 10% of your time travelling, sometimes with short notice.
What you will do
Take lead on top issues to secure root cause is understood and solution is implemented
Secure structured and regular communication to stakeholders within top management and customers
Lead cross functional team securing an effective team under high pressure
Ensure that we are in the forefront with our methods and tools and drive continuous improvement of the same
Coach problem solving teams and support building the right capabilities within BS Liquid Food Solutions
Drive projects to make changes in- or expand our product portfolio

We believe you have
We are looking for a communicative, proactive project leader, motivated to actively collaborate across borders internally as well as externally. You are a natural informal leader, a strong communicator, with excellent presentation technique, and able to drive, embrace and implement change on all levels. You manage projects with seniority and decision capability. You have an interest in problem solving and a good technical understanding.
You possess a technical degree or diploma combined with experience in the field of food or similar. If you have provided support to multiple sites, handled stakeholders, customers, team and steering groups in a matrix organisation, that will be seen as an advantage.
To be successful in this role you have a people-oriented approach and a strong attitude in leading and motivating others with energetic approach to create a dynamic and positive work environment. You are goal oriented with good change management skills and drive independently towards agreed directions. At the same time you are cooperative with good networking skills.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
