Description
The client has implemented a Strategy Sourcing Suite using Ivalua and is working on implementing new functionalities and increasing adoption. The program leadership is looking for a project manager to strengthen the team by driving key activities enabling a successful implementation.
Responsibilities for project support:
- Work closely with Product Owner and stakeholders in supporting program activities with analysis, investigations, and prepare decision content for program steering
- Act as stream lead for part of the project, driving activities from solution design up to implementation
- Support Product Owner in identifying action items, setting / participating in stakeholder meetings, work with IT to establish a technical solution, etc… to cover all relevant changes to business processes, ways-of-working, deployment, and systems functionality
- Help prioritize and sort action items based on vision and overall product scope
- Joins cycle and sprint planning meetings to share updates with the team
- Support change management and communications
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Experienced project manager, Change manager, leader
- Experience from sourcing/procurement processes
- Experience from implementing, improving, and operating complex sourcing solutions
- Efficient, pragmatic and goal oriented
- Capable of driving complex questions into condensed decision material
- Flexible in running several activities in parallel, some with short notice Maintain end user focus
