PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE FROM LEADERSHIP & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

YOUR ROLE AS PROJECT MANAGER / SYSTEM LEAD
Our team is now looking to grow with both an experienced project manager with some years´ experience from a similar role, as well as a junior project manager with a high ambition to learn how to drive projects. We believe that you love leadership, problem solving and technical development. You are also a team player with the ability to drive the technical development forward and a great communicator. In this role, you will lead SW and HW projects within our customers respective fields - electrification, machine learning, automotive and wireless communication to name a few. The projects are cross-functional and requires that you have experience from development projects, preferably with a background in a development role. You will work in projects at either our customers.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
For the 
SENIOR role: A couple of years’ experience from leading development projects in the System/Software/Hardware domains
For the 
JUNIOR role: Experience from development projects combined with a high ambition to learn how to lead projects

Applies to both roles:
A genuine interest in the development of embedded systems
M. Sc. in relevant field
Proficiency in coaching, planning, supervision & verbal communication
