Description

The client is implementing a new global procurement solution with Ariba technology and is right now in an intense phase to design and build the end-to-end solution in parallel with business preparation and Change management activities. The program leadership is looking for a resource to strengthen the team for driving key activities enabling a successful roll out.

Work tasks:

- Take the role as Stream lead for supplier implementation enablement, planning the pilot and subsequent roll out waves. Secure and train operations resources for enabling thousands of suppliers in the new solution
- Support the program management with analysis, investigations, and prepare decision content for program steering
- Support/drive Change management activities in the program change stream


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experienced project manager, Change manager, leader
- Experience from sourcing/procurement processes
- Experience from implementing, improving, and operating complex sourcing solutions
- Efficient, pragmatic and goal oriented
- Capable of driving complex questions into condensed decision material
- Flexible in running several activities in parallel, some with short notice
