Description
The client is now looking for a with experience of transition projects for application services.
Job description:
- Follow up and secure a managed exit management with incumbent supplier from a delivery and commercial point of view.
Financial management of the implementation project.
Manage dependencies in the implementation project with other key deliveries.
Secure that service management process is implemented in line with the clients standards together with service management.
Secure that 24/7 support setup is implemented by supplier in agreement with incident management and delivery organization.
- Implement order management process (templates are defined, new services are implemented in order portal, processes are in place)
- Implement correct pricing of services and rate cards.
Ordering of implementation services and call of services under the new agreement.
Plan and secure education of the new contract for relevant employees.
Setup steering committee and report project for steering committee.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
- Certification in agile or Lean frameworks will be considered meritorious.
- Higher education within IT or equivalent knowledge gained by other means.
- Experience in project management minimum 5 years
- Experience in transition projects for application services from larger global suppliers.
- Experience in deliver of agile application services and in managed application services (development and maintenance).
- Proven ability to independently capture & share information through formal written documentation in English and local language. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and local (Swedish or Danish) language.
- Excellent management, planning, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
