What’s in it for me?
As a leader in a central team within a transforming global organization you will be in the middle of our customer operations and have the responsibility to improve our services from a global perspective. You will lead internal projects and initiatives, small as large, to harmonize and structure our way of working on a global scale. The operational responsibilities will include manage and coordinate incidents that affect several organizations like product development, central expert team, and customer operations. You will make sure we transfer knowledge, experience and lessons learned in our organizations, all to make sure our customers get the best service possible.
It will be a fun and challenging journey with plenty of room to develop as a leader and grow into future leadership positions- in Sweden or abroad.
What do you bring?
You have successful experience from previous leadership or project manager roles with a strong foundation within IT or software engineering. As a person you are good at building relations, contributing in dialogues, and caring for a feedback-based and open workplace climate. You enjoy motivating and building high-performing teams through a strong focus on the delivery and outcome. At the same time, you are brave and dare to try new things and can take tough discussions when needed.
To succeed in this position, we think you have:
Master’s degree within computer science, media technology, IT or similar
Strong organizational, social and communication skills
Experience from technical project management within agile software engineering
Fluency in English and Swedish
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also:
Speak more languages than those required above
Have experience of the ITIL Framework
Have experience of other cultures
Previous experience from the healthcare sector is a merit
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot’s license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd
