Project Manager within E-Learning to Samsung

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for E-learning to our customer Samsung! This is a   consultancy opportunity , with start ASAP until April 2023 with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: We are looking for a brilliant, experienced and thorough Project Manager to own the delivery of our Nordic retailer and field force training platform, Samsung+! You will project manage the transformation of our product information and marketing communication into engaging and attractive educational programs and tools, so that retailers and floor sales personnel can learn all about our products.

You pride yourself on delivering outstanding project management. You thrive on seeing a project through from start to finish, taking full ownership and being engaged in each aspect of the project. You make a big impact in communication and information sharing and gladly focus on continuously improving the collaboration with the Field Force team and our retailers, ultimately to deliver the best product information tool possible.

You will work with the wider team of Product Managers, Master Trainers, Field Force, Marketing colleagues and Sales Managers, as well as our external technical vendor. Your most important job is to make sure that the knowledge and information is easily accessible and fun, to drive engagement in and use of Samsung+.

You will be based in our modern and welcoming Nordic headquarters in Kista.

Key Accountabilities:

Take ownership of the full project management of Samsung+ technical improvements and content delivery
Continuously work to improve the content delivered, maximizing accessibility and engagement
Set an annual content delivery plan for Samsung+
Together with Master Trainers, Product Manager, and the Field Force Team, work to drive usability and knowledge sharing through the platform
Based on user feedback continuously improve the platform and the possibilities within
Transfor technical information into learning opportunities and engaging information tools such as comparison charts, quizzed, overviews, etc. 
Expand Samsung+ to new divisions, product areas, and retailers
Drive system adoption and grow the user base
You will be working with: 

Master Trainers and Product Managers to convert information to story telling
Filed Force Team to maximize ease of use and platform improvement
Sales Managers to improve usability and access
Marketing Team to deliver brand and marketing communication and information through Samsung+
Experience:   4-5 years of strong project management within a commercial product or marketing context
Experience in working with training tools and/or story telling/communication
Understanding of and experience in working with technical solutions, platforms, and communication
Planning and executing project activities, and taking full ownership of project delivery
Experience in setting long term and short term content plans
Neccessary Skills / Attributes:   Fluent in Swedish and English 
Creative problem-solver with a natural drive to see solutions instead of problems
Strong self-leadership
Ability to take own initiative and drive implementation, even when facing challenges
Team player who sees the value of winning together
Strong collaboration skills and inter-culturally savvy
A doer with a can-do attitude and flexilibity
