Project Manager within Infrastructual activites

We are looking for our next Project Manager to join Capgemini’s global Group IT function. As a project manager within the Infra team, you will help us maintain a good way of working with infrastructural activities. You will deliver IT projects for our company and office builds from end to end.
As a project manager, you act as a bridge between our business lines and Group IT. This requires strong business acumen in leadership and communication skills and genuine project management expertise.
Key responsibilities:
The role of a project manager entails leading different infrastructural work forward. You will build new offices and move offices requiring a flexible working method. In the role, you should be able to handle internal stakeholders’ meetings independently and be responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycle. To be able to succeed, you need to understand projects and requirements to outline the scope of work and articulate it into tangible deliverables. We think you describe yourself as a forward-thinking person with a positive attitude and autonomy. You have great leadership qualities, such as conflict/issue resolution and the ability to effective escalation management.
The responsibilities also cover:
Knowledge of financial tasks, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Hold presentations where you express solutions effectively
Develop detailed implementation plans using MS project to enable the delivery of the technical solution document
Lead IT projects independently by coordinating with various project stakeholders
Collect requirements from the client to outline the scope of work and articulate it into tangible deliverables
Be responsible for remote coordination of infrastructure implementation/integration
Supplier management for external deliverables, e.g. WAN carriers, or meeting room audio & video technology

We are therefore looking for:
Around 8-10 years of experience in project management for complex IT projects
Previous experience in infrastructural work within IT
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Proficiency in project management tools like MS project, OWB, etc.
Fluent in English in both speech and writing, desirable with a second language in Swedish
Knowledge of IT technologies including WAN, LAN, server, technology, etc.
