Project Manager within Purchasing, Digitalisation & Systems

Project Manager within Purchasing, Digitalisation & Systems

Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for a driven Project Manager, who enjoys creating clarity in complexity and thrives in an international collaborative environment.

Join us to contribute to TRATON collaboration in the area of supplier quality assurance!

eQ2 is a growing cross-brand system

Scania traditionally has high industry standards among heavy vehicle manufacturers when it comes to product quality. To ensure that we maintain high quality in our transport solutions, we continuously develop our ways of working – and one key enabler is our in-house developed system eQ2.

eQ2 breaks new ground in multi-brand collaboration at TRATON! In 2020 MAN successfully onboarded the eQ2 system and we are now starting the project to onboard Navistar. Hereby, we are looking for a driven Project Manager to lead Navistar onboarding from the Scania side.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you will be the main Scania point of contact for Navistar colleagues. You will be leading and coordinating the work from Scania's side to successfully onboard Navistar to different eQ2 modules: from planning to developing to actual implementations. For instance, you will create structure and pre-conditions for good collaboration, communication, and information sharing.

You will be the Scania ambassador for our way of working with supplier quality assurance and the eQ2 system. Within TRATON Supplier Quality, we aim to attain synergies and efficiencies through common ways of working and you will play an important role in realizing this goal.

You will work closely with the local Program Manager at Navistar, global eQ2 Product Owners and IT Team at Scania, cross-brand Supplier Quality Teams, and other stakeholders. We know that positive and strong collaboration is key to success with our mission.

Your profile

We believe you are able to lead discussions and find solutions to meet project goals and time plans.
You are:

• a great collaborator, understanding and balancing the needs of different stakeholders and transforming them into real value
• a problem-solver who sees opportunities instead of focusing on obstacles
• a positive person with a proactive mindset, taking their own initiative and making things happen

It is highly beneficial if you have previous experience within Supplier Quality Assurance at Scania and system eQ2.

You have a relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering, IT, business) or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You likely have previous experience in project management and are interested in digitalisation and IT system development.

Our team

You will be a member of the Digitalisation & Systems Team within Purchasing Business Development. We work with improving existing and developing new digital tools for our customers: Purchasing Employees globally. In addition to strengthening collaboration within TRATON, we enable global Scania projects such as the establishment of the plant in China. Our ongoing focus is to enable business transformation, the future way of working – we work with developing a new System Landscape based on SAP.

We work in an exciting multicultural environment, so you will be speaking English on a daily basis. We strongly believe that a diversity of perspectives, ideas, and cultures lead to the creation of an inspiring work environment and great digital tools.

Application

Send in your application as soon as possible, no later than 2023-02-06. We are looking forward to reading your application!
