Gapwaves was founded in 2011 and has its origins in research conducted at Chalmers University of Technology. Gapwaves’ vision is to be the most innovative provider of wave antenna systems and the preferred partner for the next generation of cutting-edge wireless technology. As Project Manager at Gapwaves, you will lead a team of 5-6 engineers and together with them drive research and development projects forward. The tasks include planning, managing and implementing the projects together with your team. You are also responsible for maintaining customer dialogues and driving business development together with and towards customers to further develop and broaden the customer base at Gapwaves.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- You will be involved in everything from running planning, control and come up with new angles and initiatives.
- Responsible for communication, interaction and business development with and towards your customers.
- Motivate your team to maintain an open culture and drive them forward in their work.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Has at least 5 years of experience working in R&D as an engineer or designer
- Has at least a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Has previously worked as a project manager or other experience from a role as a leader

It is an advantage if you:


* Has experience from injection molding, metal coating or similar production processes
* Has experience from the automotive and / or telecom sector
