Assignment description

Jefferson Wells is now hiring a Sub Project Manager within Technical information

Your responsibilities
As sub project manager Documentation in Modification & Upgrade's projects you will be responsible for planning, compiling and delivery of operation and maintenance documentation including documentation from our sub suppliers.
Maintenance and delivery of customer documentation after overhauls or outages.

Responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps. May guide technical or adminisstrative staff. Acts as a functional process resource on projects or programs. Contributes to continuous improvement plan.

Your profile
You are collaborative, accountable, structured and have high standards regarding quality.
You have a good understanding of all, or parts of, a product's life cycle and know the importance of accessibility to technical data and information throughout the process.
You have experience of working in Teamcenter, SAP and the office applications. Experience of Document management systems is a merit.
You appreciate a diversified role, where operative tasks as well as project management tasks are part of your daily work.
You presumedly have an academic background or equivalent experience.
You communicate in English and Swedish both verbally and in writing.
