Project Manager/Application Manager

NULL OMX's Financial System Support department (FSS), a department of OMX Service Functions, needs a combined Project Manager/Application Managers.FSS is looking for a person with good knowledge of information systems in combination with experience from administration of accounting systems or other equivalent systems and also with good knowledge of the financial processes. The position is a combination of two roles, Project Manager and Application Manager.The Project Manager Role means being responsible for one or more projects within the financial system area.The responsibility covers: - project budget - project planning - holding steering committee meetings - time reporting - other project activities The budget is decided by the business and follow up is reported to the business. In the role as an Application Manager you will be responsible for one or more financial systems.This responsibility covers: - development planning - system configuration/development - system administration - support and training of end-users - communication with different stakeholders of the system - system vendor contacts, includes responsibility for contracts with vendors Qualifications: The candidate could either have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Sciences in combination with good experience from financial systems.Alternatively the candidate could have a Bachelor's degree in Business in combination with good knowledge of financial- or equivalent systems.Experience from working in projects is important for both alternatives.The candidate should also have excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.Experience from Coda, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Silberplan or Logitall is qualifying.The ideal candidate is self-going, ambitious in combination with excellent communication and team working skills.
