We believe the demand will continue to accelerate and see an opportunity to invest in scalable solutions catering for specific customer needs and single item production and fulfillment. The Products on Request is part of H&M Group Supply Chain Network, headed by David Sävman. The mission is to scale – end to end – the new business model to cater for production and fulfillment requested by a single customer; whether it is print, embroidery, garments made to measure or something else. This capability will require new partners and fulfillment modes closer to the customer. Your team will be a mix of business, digital and design people, and you will also collaborate with many virtual team members across our amazing collaborative network.
We are growing and therefore looking for three Project Managers to join our team! We believe in having different experience and backgrounds. To have worked within production, logistics, buying as well Business Tech/IT is a great asset.
Job Description

Within Products on Request, we believe that by testing and adopting for the holistic and customer centric value, we can scale big tomorrow. As Project Manager, you deliver value by putting collaboration and customer value in focus. You will be working towards a vision for the future, taking it step by step with continuous improvements, having sustainability as one of your drivers. We work with all our brands and most of our functions.
Main responsibilities
Delivery of one or more Product on Request projects, generating holistic value for people, planet and profit
Build and lead cross functional teams
Enable involvement from relevant business functions to ensure ownership of delivery and operations and build knowledge about the expected value
Transparency and dialogue with all relevant stakeholders and partners of the progress and results to secure do-ability
Understand the dependencies with different stakeholders and their contribution to value creation
Create, develop and implement project plans aligned with all stakeholders according to agreed time frame

Qualifications
We think you have
Strong project management skills and experience working in agile set-ups
Understanding and knowledge within the supply chain area including logistics and customer experience is a great advantage as well as experience from buying, IT/Business Tech.
Experience of working in a truly cross functional environment with focus on generating value through collaboration
Strong stakeholder engagement and business relations skills
Solid communication skills and ability to create an open and constructive dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in meeting techniques and workshop facilitation
Ability to take end-to-end responsibility to ensure the value creation throughout a chain of dependencies
