For the client, we are looking for a Project Marketing Manager. The company has approximately 1,000 employees and has offices in 14 countries, of which the head office is in Gothenburg.

About the job

As a Project Marketing Manager you are specialized in planning, managing and executing project related to branding, marketing communication, social media, website and collaboration with agencies.

Examples of some of your tasks:

• Follow up and report Marketing KPIs
• Lead creation and measure results from lead generation campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Manage agency relations on a daily basis, negotiation, contacts and project management
• Manage the production of marketing materials using the agency
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Manage product launches with agencies
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns and other marketing materials
• Create and coordinate product training for sales
• Make sure that all templates and marketing materials are available on InMotion
• Ensure that all marketing materials is in line with corporate guidelines
• Manage internal communication around product marketing activities
• Create a social media editorial calendar and write social media posts
• Actively post things in our social media channels
• Update and develop new functions and content on the company website
• Support the local countries in updating their respective websites

Who you are

The position requires a degree in Marketing with minimum of 5 year's professional marketing experience in B2B. You have experience of marketing disciplines including communications, social media, content creation, website development and project management skills. Language skills are a key in this role. We need someone who is really skilled in English.

You are a driven and self-motivated person as well as a team-player who likes to deliver results and ready to go an extra mile for your colleagues, partners and customers. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is a key motivation factor.
