About this opportunity
We are looking for a new Project Office Lead!
A new approach to ensuring a Security Transformation Capability has been initiated to raise the bar for security across the company and to support Ericsson’s Security Strategy to reach the wanted position of having “Security embedded, integrity delivered”. By way of reaching the wanted position for security, a Security Operations Organization is being set-up within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) to strengthening Ericsson’s competence within security assurance. This is vital from an Ericsson perspective as our culture and capabilities ensure that high security standards are embedded in all products and processes, making us the industry’s preferred partner.
The new Security Operations Organization will be established as a key function and will be engaged in driving research, analysis, development, and execution of security related topics.

What you will do
Build, mentor, and develop a result and delivery-oriented team
Identify and formulate the project goal, e.g., defining project scope, set a time-plan, calculate project costs, and expected benefit realization
Identify and engage with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency and progress
Maintain roadmap or backlog for execution
Report project status and raise any risks, issues, and decisions needed to relevant stakeholders
Engage with project managers and teams to summarize experiences and lessons learned when projects are completed
You will bring
Master’s degree or higher in business administration, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field
Previous experience from a managerial position or leading a program or large project
Professional and technical competence related to the project type and the nature of the project outcome
Sound knowledge of security related topics
Entrepreneurial attitude and innovative thinking
10+ years of working experience in similar area or position
Experience from the telecom sector is meriting
