Project Officer

The Project Management department within the Packaging Material organisation is responsible for Project Portfolio Management, Project Management Capabilities and the Product Maintenance Process for Packaging Material.


To strengthen our Project Portfolio Management function we need a Project Officer.The position is based in Lund, with limited travelling.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Organise and support the execution of Steering Group meetings

- Consolidate and report the organisation's programs and projects performance

- Propose and address project management and process related improvements

- Secure the implementation of standard approaches and best practices in program and project management.

- Provide super-user support on project management tools


Kvalifikationer

You are a self-motivated person with a strong personal drive.You have strong communication skills and like to work in a thorough and structured way.
You have a degree in technology, administration, project management or equivalent as well as some years experience from a project intensive environment.A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
