Centre of Expertise People Development is a global organisation working in the area of Capability and People Development across the Tetra Pak Group.We are responsible for three areas:
Processes - design, follow up and continuously improve the global processes, which include performance management, competence development, career development and succession planning.
Capability Development - drive the development of the four fundamental Tetra Pak capabilities across companies and units.The four fundamental capabilities are Leadership, Project Management, Customer Understanding and Total Quality.
Training Design and Delivery - design and deliver global training programmes and workshops, which support the implementation of the Tetra Pak strategy, as well as the development of the functional competencies.
Some travelling might be required, approximately 20 days.
The positions major responsibilities will be to
- Lead administration tasks within the organization as budget, common templates and methods
- Plan, organize and support execution of Plan & Prioritize meeting (Steering Board) including documenting results and actions
- Drive the communication task for the group.
- Be the department super user related to Excel, PowerPoint
- Drive the implementation of standard working procedures
Kvalifikationer
Successful applicants are good communicators, organised and structured.Excellent command of the English language, both orally and in written are needed.We expect you to have documented successful experience of administration.You will also need to be good in PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel.
