About the position
We are looking for a Project Officer for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is based at the client’s office just north of Stockholm, where staff is working in a hybrid way with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Your daily tasks
This role revolves around organising an annual public health conference. These are your key responsibilities:
Provide independent administrative and organisational support to the planning, implementation, coordination and follow up of different projects, both internal and external (related to quality management and organisational performance)
Provide administrative support and briefings; organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Organise and monitor activities and follow up on deadlines, implementation and reporting
Respond to queries and requests for information and documentation with a high level of service attitude, tact, discretion, and confidentiality

Your characteristics
In order to be successful in this role, you possess a high level of service orientation. We believe that you can manage multiple responsibilities and take initiative when needed. Quality defines your work, and you are solution driven as well as an active listener. Furthermore, you can work under pressure and have great experience of organising and prioritising your work accordingly. We can also see that you are a true team player – with skills in team building and collaboration - even though you also work just as well independently with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:
Good organisational and time management skills
Proven professional experience as an administrative and/or project officer, preferably in a multicultural working environment
Excellent skills in managing documentation, preparing correspondence, and other documentation
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Excellent command of English, both written and oral


Meritorious
Knowledge of quality management systems, planning, monitoring, reporting

Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment for 4 months. Start ASAP.
