Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Packaging Technology is responsible for defining new concept developments, drive new technology developments and to develop & sustain key technology competencies, methods and tools.Technology Development Projects (TD Projects), within Packaging Technology, will lead the portfolio of technology development projects with the aim to secure technology leadership and focus on cost driven innovation.Furthermore, TD Projects will lead, deliver and securely transfer technology development project outcome to the various platform organisations within D&E with a view to assist them in securing their product development plans. The Project Officer will provide direct support to Program and Project Managers within the Packaging Technology organisation to help them successfully manage their programs and projects in compliance with D&E standards, methods and tools.With your extensive Project Management experience you will assist in the creation and formulation of core teams, roles & responsibilities, time-plans and follow-up mechanisms to monitor project progress as well as monitoring potential links to Product Development projects in which our Technology Developments will be deployed.You will also interact with the Project Management Office (PMO) to guarantee standard approach and best practices in program and project management.You will report directly to the Director - TD Projects.You will be the MS Project Super User, supporting and/or creating project schedules in MS Project, updating and managing MS Project resource database for TD Projects as well as SAP R/3 relevant modules.You will also be the TPIN Local System Owner, collecting and addressing improvement needs to PMO, supporting and training users.In addition you will interact with the platform organisations to verify alignment on scope and deliverables.The position is full time and will be based in Lund. You probably have a University degree and also extensive experience in Program- Project Management or possess extensive experience from working in a Project-Line matrix organisation where project delivery responsibility was given to both Line- and Project organisation.Deep knowledge of MS Project is a merit and basic understanding absolutely required.You are fluent both in written and verbal English.As a person you possess good communication skills, enjoy working in a team, driven by delivering on goals and possess a service minded attitude.
