Are you looking for the next challenge in your project management career? Do you want to make an impact by driving development of new products enabling Tetra Pak´s portfolio of digital and Industry 4.0 solutions? We are looking for a Project Owner to come join our Program Management team.
The Digital Solutions Development program is empowered to lead and drive the development and product lifecycle activities according to Automation and Digital and Industry 4.0 solutions roadmap. We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner for the Production Operations ART.
What you will do
You will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for managing Automation and Digital and Industry 4.0 solutions for all of the Company. You will be leading exciting improvement and development activities in a global environment with many opportunities for personal growth and career development. You will be required to network both within and outside D&E to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and it requires up to 20% travelling.
Main responsibilities
You are responsible and accountable that the team releases the product with quality
You need to understand the technical product and how the product is used to make sure right decisions are taken
You are responsible and accountable for delivering the most value from the assigned team
Communicate team vision and strategy to stakeholders and scrum team
You are responsible to keep the Team Backlog updated to include all needs, requirements and improvements of the product
Break down features to stories, prioritize the backlog, approve stories
Work with Programme, development team, stakeholders and customers to capture their input and feedback for backlog refinement and in preparation for the Sprint planning
Participate in Sprint Reviews, feature board, and other Scrum and Agile Programme events such PI planning and Demo.

Who you are
We are looking for a profile with domain knowledge and experience from working agile. You have a Degree in Engineering and/or 5-7 years of working experience in engineering. The professional skills needed in this role are automation, MES knowledge. We see great value in lean agile leadership and experience from agile development, preferably as product owner. As we are in both the agile and digital transformation journey, we also appreciate an open and innovative mindset.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the activity in a larger context. Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral, are on excellent level.
