Are you looking for the next challenge in your project management career? Do you want to make an impact by driving development of new products enabling Tetra Pak´s portfolio of digital and Industry 4.0 solutions? We are looking for a Project Owner to come join our Program Management team.
The Digital Solutions Development program is empowered to lead and drive the development and product lifecycle activities according to Automation and Digital and Industry 4.0 solutions roadmap. We are now looking an experienced Project Manager for a position as Project Owner for the Quality and Traceability Programme.
What you will do
As our Project Owner, you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for managing Automation and Digital and Industry 4.0 solutions for the all Company. You will be leading exciting improvement and development projects in a global environment with many opportunities for personal growth and career development. You will be required to network both within and outside the D&E organisation to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy and it requires up to 20% travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Lead development team according to Agile methodology helping to understand what to build and why
• Ensuring the existence of a shared vision for the Product
• Managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
• Accepting the delivered product increment at the end of each iteration
• Managing the release plan
• Informing stakeholders regarding progress and managing their expectations, preparation and presentation in our governance forums
Who you are
The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management and experience of agile working methods, are strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization, at the same time you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure.
You have a Degree in Engineering and/or 5-7 working experience in engineering, experience from working in Automation and Digital related projects is a merit. We believe that you have 3-5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record from system development projects combined with a strong business understanding.
PMP Certification, Scrum experience and training from Agile methodology are a plus.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
