Are you looking for the next challenge in your project management career? Do you want to be a part of driving Tetra Pak packaging material growth by development of our latest innovations? We are looking for a Project Owner to join our Programme Management team.
Package functionality, differentiation, low climate impact and affordability are key elements driving new packaging innovations strengthening our Tetra Pak brand. The Packaging Material Features program in the Development and Engineering Programme Management (D&E) organization are both empowered to lead and drive the development and product lifecycle activities according to Tetra Pak´s roadmap. We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for the position Project Owner in the Packaging Material development area.
What you will do
As our Project Owner, you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for project and, program management within Tetra Pak Packaging Material roadmap. You will be leading exciting improvement and development projects in a global environment with many opportunities for personal growth and career development. You will have a Scrum team, and lead that with support of a Scrum Master. You will be required to network both within and outside D&E to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships.
Main responsibilities
· Managing project execution, including resource and project planning, long term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, and business needs
· As project owner, you are also the interface for requests and changes working with stakeholders, you oversee the product back log and defining the sprint targets
· Preparation and presentation in our governance forums (PTR/PQR)
The position is based in Lund, Sweden
Who you are
.
· You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or 5-7 working experience in engineering preferably in manufacturing/ equipment industry.
· We believe that you have 3-5 years of project management experience preferably within manufacturing/ equipment industry.
· You are PMP certified, with a proven track record from system development projects combined with a strong business understanding.
· You also have experience and/or training from working with Scrum and Agile methodology.
· You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
· Strong informal leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
· As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure.
· Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
