Project Planner

Position: Time Planning Engineer
Reports to: Site Manager/Production Manager
Location: Stockholm
You will lead the work with estimate the actual time duration of the projects and make analyses and effects from time plan of origin, at the time of tender. Focus is on collecting and put together cause and effect of actual processes but most important is to predict and visualize future work. This you do in cooperation with production manager, site managers and tunnel managers.


Responsibilities:
Below is examples of core areas but not limit to the role.
1. Predict effects and scenarios dependent of new and known circumstances and visualize its effects.
2. Create weekly rolling time schedule, and schedule subcontractors,
3. Will handle both production time plan and contract time plan (against the client.) And keep track of versions.
4. Submit and present effects in understandable terms for the client and CRTG management by primavera 6.
5. Hold meetings internally in which you pedagogically explain where we are (ahead or behind) and if productivity have increased or decreased from previously week and collect all the reason from production team.
6. Come up with suggestions of changed production and or change in resources.
7. Plan the work so as even/steady number of people is planed over time and asses how ramp up or ramp down will happen so CRTG management and HR can plan meaningful activities in time for the employee.
8. Participate in future tendering works.


Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering and planning or similar (minimum three years experience of time planning)
2. Good knowledge in software for time planning(P6)
3. Very good experience form tunneling works. Favor is if you have worked as dep. site manager or site engineer etc.
4. Excellent speak & written in English and Swedish.
5. Result orientated and problem-solving capabilities. Is persistent over time and like structure.
6. High ethic and have the bravery to speak up and argue for your work.
7. Like to be a part of a project team and add value without self-interest.
8. Aware of AB04 and ABT06 AMA AF 12, AMA-Anläggning and MER.
