Our Engineering Project Management group at Galderma in Uppsala manages engineering & investment projects for medical device and pharmaceutical products within the Aesthetics area.

We are now looking for a Project Planner to strengthen our Project Management group.



About the role

As Project Planner you will be responsible for detailed project planning for our ongoing industrialization projects as well as support strategic planning of our portfolio. You will in close collaboration with project managers, PMO, resource managers and other functions within the company drive the planning of a majority of our projects. You will also support the development of our Project and Portfolio Planning



Job Responsibilities

As Project Planner you will:

* Drive the planning of our industrialization projects
* Together with resource managers, assign resources to the planning and perform resource loading analysis
* Support the Project Managers with communication of schedules, progress as well as delays and/or improvements of the schedule.
* Assess risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans if required to support the Project Managers
* Work actively to develop and improve our planning processes & tools



About you:

You have a university degree within, engineering or project management. You have 3-5 years experience of scheduling or project planning. You have knowledge and experience of Life Science Industrialization projects. You like to be a part of a team and work with colleagues in an international environment. You are solutions driven and manage to keep an overview when things get hectic in projects.

We think that you have the following skills and competences:

* Good skills in project planning tools and practices
* Good communication skills, both oral and written communication
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Experience in Agile and Waterfall methods
