PROJECT PLANNER

Kvalifikationer
- A university degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or other
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring role.
- Has planning and scheduling experience from large/complex projects of similar scale, along with working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working on several projects and/ or bids, ideally in similar business area.
- Experience of integrated Project Controls using Work Breakdown Structures.
- Knowledge in Primavera P6, MS Project or other planning tool.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing. Swedish knowledge is a plus.


Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Project Planner that will be responsible for project planning, scheduling and monitoring along with project controls for customer projects for new product development and industrialisation project. You will develop, optimize and maintain overall time plan for the Program and detailed time schedule for each work stream, plan and organize the project scope and continuously track the progress with the project team and work package leads as well as manage progress measurement and produce weekly reports to monitor progress. You will also run and manage scheduling coordination, guide the project team towards the project milestones and in the schedule and monitoring risks and opportunities to optimize the time plan and de-risk delays. Furthermore you will close monitoring and tracking of customer related changes for input to contract management and claims department and produce schedule related KPIs to track progress.

Salary
Salary as agreed.
